A Flair for Buttons blog hop

  Hello paper crafters! If you are like me you love scrapbooking, cardmaking, and pretty much anything made with pretty paper and fun embellishments! Bella Blvd World Card Making Day

Happy World Card Making Day everyone! Bella Blvd is celebrating with 14 hours of card inspiration. A post will be going up every hour with new cards along with some giveaways throughout the day.

Here is the card I made in celebration of World Card Making Day.

I used the Hello Beautiful and Baby Boy line and embellished it with the crocheted flowers and a cute scallop border.

Noel Mignon Student Council layout #1

Hello, hello! I hope you are having a fabulous week. It has been fun but very busy here with homecoming festivities in full swing! The rest of the week will be filled with football games and the homecoming dance! Memories in the making!

I wanted to share, as I promised earlier this week, my first layout using the Noel Mignon Student Council kit. I really do think this may be my favorite kit to date! I love the mix of colors and although it is school themed it is very versatile!

The kit was perfect to showcase this old photo of my son. The tongue hanging out was a typical thing for him to do at that age...it meant he was concentrating really hard.

Bella Blvd Design Team Introductions

Hello everyone! Bella Blvd is introducing the new design team this week and I'm up today! Yea! So excited to get started!

Here are the last two layouts I made for their design team call. This first layout was made using the Happy Fall Ya'll collection...which is one of my favorite collections! This also happens to be my favorite layout of the four I submitted for their design team call.

The next layout is a bit simpler, but I love it just the same...

Happy Monday! Can you believe it is October today? My favorite month is here and so is a brand new October gallery at write. click. scrapbook. The theme this month was to make something inspired by Pinterest. I love Pinterest and had lots of great things to choose from on my Inspiration board.

I took my inspiration from the design used to display a color palette at Design Seeds.

Although the color palette in my inspiration piece is fabulous, I decided to use some bright colored papers and changed my photo to black and white to make it stand out. I might need to give that color palette a shot though...

I'll be back in a couple days with a new Noel Mignon layout featuring the brand new October kit, Student Council.
