I grew up in the midwest where the snow was plentiful and playing in it was a favorite pastime. When going through my photos the other day I ran across a photo of my Mom (in the tunnel) playing out in the snow with her siblings when they were kids. How fun is that, right?!
It proves to me that in the day and age of technology some childhood activities are timeless...playing in the snow is one of them. My Mom played in it, I played in it, my kids play in it and we even take vacations as a family to play in it going down a hill REAL FAST. The simple things are always the best, aren't they?
Supplies for the layout are from the Noel Mignon Glad Tidings kit with the exception of the flair, which is from {a flair for buttons} and the wood snowflakes and gold washi tape.
What favorite pastimes do you share through the generations?
