I love Bella Blvd's All American collection...you can make so much more with it than a 4th of July holiday layout. I paired it with an 8x12 photo of my son playing his guitar. I don't think you can get any more American than a teenage boy, guitars, rock-n-roll and the outdoors!
For the journaling I listed some of my son's characteristics right on the photo in the white space using a Slick Writer!
