My favorite time of the year is here and I'm so excited to be using the Gossamer Blue December Memories kit to document it. I don't typically do well with daily format so I'll be using my kit to document 31 memories. If you haven't already purchased yours yet, I highly recommend picking one up. It is full of unique products and a great color palette.
The kit includes an assortment of 6x8 cards, pocket cards, acrylic pieces, puffy stickers (heart these), patterned enamel dots (heart these too), wood veneer and cork pieces, stickers, vellum and themed die cuts, numbers 1-31 and a 6x6 paper pad. Lots of goodies to incorporate into my album.
To help keep the month stress-free, I've made a list of things I would like to capture and or document over the month of December. I may deviate from this a little but it will help keep me on track when I'm lacking in creativity to making sure I am documenting the true spirit of Christmas.

I don't do well creating decorated pages in advance. I work much better when I'm embellishing with my photo and story ready so I have kept my foundation pages very simple. I've inserted pocket cards into the page protectors that coordinate with the list of items I would like to document. To help keep me organized I've added a piece of washi tape with the photo/story idea to the page protector. I'll simply add my photo(s), story and embellishments when I have the photo in hand.
Here's a look at my basic foundation pages.
I'll be using the December Memories 6x8 paper for the title page and will add a few embellishments to dress it up.
My tree trimming pages is the most heavily embellished since I've already decorated my tree and have a good idea of the photos I'll be using.
I'll be posting my finished pages weekly and hope you will stop back in to see how my December Memories album is progressing. Make sure you continue on for more inspiration using your December Memories kit.
