I can hardly believe that we are already a month into 2015 and February is upon us. The first day of the month has been my favorite day each month for the last three years with a new gallery reveal at write. click. scrapbook. Many of my favorite layouts have been created for those reveals, but today will be my last reveal as a contributor as I am stepping down from the team.
The gallery theme this month is all about love, which is completely fitting with Valentine's Day this month. As I dug through my photos I ran across a picture of myself in grade school with a homemade Valentine's Day box. I remember making it like it was yesterday. It was covered in white butcher paper and embellished with heart doilies, die cuts, and glitter. I was so proud of that box and couldn't wait to take it to school. I love the photo so much and decided to put a little twist on the theme and use that photo to document my "love" of playing with paper and glue. The glitter…well not so much anymore. It's more of a love/hate relationship with glitter nowadays.
Without further adieu here is my last write. click. scrapbook gallery reveal.
I used my January kits from Gossamer Blue along with flair from {a flair for buttons}.
Thanks so much for visiting today. To see more inspiration with the "Love" theme make sure you visit write. click. scrapbook.
